Job Description

  • Focus on hunting and bringing on new customers pro-active headhunt and business development across the Asian region
  • Youare the SPOC for your business & customer portfolio
  • Producing the forecast / sales targets of different loyalty programs
  • Studying and acting on market developments, actions and market position of competitors, to occupy a strong position in relation to the competition
  • Negotiating and concluding long-term contracts to secure attractive prices and terms
  • In close consultation with Marketing, initiating various activities towards key accounts. Act as the ambassador for APAC within the company
  • Monitoring the developments of your accounts with a view to anticipating future opportunities (takeovers, growth) or threats (solvency problems, takeovers)
  • Ensuring that pricing is consistent and correct quotations are issued
  • Taking responsibility for each step in the sales process
  • Growth perspective to build a team in line with organization growth
Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in a business development function in a loyalty context

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a marketing or business field of study
  • Excellent business development skills: talent to open new doors
  • You have a commercial and proactive mindset
  • Excellent sales skills are a must to communicate with large international companies at the highest level. You rock at listening, communicating, presenting and negotiating
  • You are ambitious to work in an international and changing environment
  • You easily integrate in a team – regardless the culture or location
  • Keep going vibe – not a quitter
  • Plus: you have an affinity for consumer goods
  • Organizational talent that motivates all internal teams to co-operate in a smooth way while respecting deadlines. Make sure that everyone is aligned and motivated
